Security Solutions for Daycares & Preschools
For daycares and preschools, nothing is more important than the trust parents place in you to keep their children safe. The most critical security procedure is verified pickup—ensuring a child only leaves with an authorized guardian. Sewak Security strengthens your custody protocols. We install video intercoms at the main entrance, requiring all visitors to be visually verified and buzzed in, creating a physical barrier against strangers. Our access control logs exactly who entered the facility and when. We also install door contact alarms on all exterior doors to alert staff immediately if a child tries to wander out or a door is propped open. Inside, cameras in classrooms allow directors to monitor staff-child ratios and interactions, ensuring quality of care. We provide the technology that allows you to confidently tell parents: 'Your child is safe with us.'
Common Threats
Custody Disputes
Daycares often face high-tension situations involving non-custodial parents attempting to pick up children. Staff need a foolproof way to verify exactly who is authorized to take a child home.
Perimeter Security
Playgrounds are often near roads or public spaces. Ensuring that children cannot wander off and that strangers cannot approach the fence line is critical for liability and safety.
The Security Fix
Video Intercom Entry
We keep the front door locked 24/7. Parents must buzz in via a video intercom. Staff can visually verify the parent and check their photo ID on screen against the authorized pickup list before remotely unlocking the door.
Playground Monitoring
We install wide-angle outdoor cameras covering the entire play area. This ensures constant visual supervision and provides evidence if a child is injured, proving that staff were attentive and due diligence was followed.
